MISSION

At Tanner Law, we have chosen to focus on helping those who need help more than anyone else. This includes those injured in any type of negligence-based accident or at work, those accused of crimes, and immigrants. In our experience, legal representation in these areas is critical. The cards are completely stacked against you before you even begin. In many cases, you will absolutely not be treated fairly unless you fight for what is fair. It is unfortunate, but a reality, that the other side is looking only after their own interests, irrespective of the potential tragedy or danger involved to you. We have obtained numerous court victories, some of which have taken years to resolve. We helped reverse a conviction for a man who spent 30 years in prison. In the civil realm, some recent victories, among many, include obtaining a $500,000 victory for a young Hispanic client in a serious accident, a $210,000 and $350,000 victory for clients injured by a semi-truck. We are delighted when we can protect and change people’s lives for the better. We’ve had significant success over the last 20+ years.
